As previously reported, we headed across to Vienna late last week to be a part of the Vienna Art Fair. Hipstamatics and the Orange Dot were invited by the wonderful people at the Vernon Gallery in Prague to help curate their Generation Open Space concept. The event was a huge success and it was extremely exciting for us to see the fruits of our labour on show at such a prestigious exhibition.
All of the photographs that we helped to select were taken using the Hipstamatic App on the iPhone. Alongside the Vernon Gallery, we hand picked the prints from submissions to the Hipstamatics blog and then its was over to the Vernon Gallery to then group the works into cohesive sets that fulfilled the ‘Generation Space’ concept.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the photographers that submitted works for the show and of course to the wonderful Dr. Jacqueline Nowikovsky for inviting us along and for all her hard work. There might be a chance that this show will also make its way over to Prague, so stay tuned!
